Repairs, commissioning and maintenance can be carried out at your location. We have several service centres distributed across Germany with trained personnel who work in the field every day. Alternatively, you can send devices to our head office in Mannheim, Germany for inspection and repair:

Printers must be cleaned and maintained regularly to increase their service life and ensure correct functioning. The great majority of printer faults could have been avoided with maintenance. Maintenance of your printer can be carried out by our competent service personnel.
A maintenance contract allows you to secure yourself against failures and you calculate costs for the entire year. The monthly fixed fee per device includes labour, travel time and the necessary replacement parts. Wear parts and consumable materials are normally invoiced at cost, but can also be included with special conditions.
